Nitcentral's Bulletin Brash Reflections: Non-SciFi Novels: War/Espionage (aka Books Full of Stuff That Goes BOOM!!): Patrick Robinson

Patrick Robinson is an excellent author who has written a number of naval theme fiction books.

In order these are

Nimitz Class
Kilo Class
HMS Unseen
Seawolf (sometimes called USS Seawolf)
The Shark Mutiny

I'd advise reading them in that order. If you can't do that, fine, but under no circumstances read HMS Unseen before Nimitz Class.

Er...I did, but I still got it eventually. Still, I'd recommend you read them in the appropriate order.

He's now got a new one called Barracuda (Somenumber) which involves a British soldier who finds out he's actually an Iraqi, steals a Russian submarine and tries to bomb America...no I am not making this up.

I wonder if PR will incorporate recent events like Sept 11 and the War on Iraq? It would be very hard to reconcile them with his world, which now almost reads like alternate history.
