I'd have to agree about not being able to sneak up on the station just by cutting power to the ship. One of the biggest worries that a space station would have would be colliding with a piece of space debris, I know that's a big deal for the International Space Station today. So they goram better have a way to detect something as large as a firefly class transport coming towards them at high speed, powered up or not.

If you're planning on torturing someone to death, is it helpful to place them in a restraint system that requires them to stand?
