A couple of tips on gameplay. You might be tempted to not bother with any of the Harken Jobs due to their low pay. However, the value of becoming Solid with Harken after completing one of his jobs should not be underestimated, as you get to ignore any customs inspections you might run afoul of. Another ill-advised temptation is to jump right into the Illegal Jobs with their massive payoffs. Until you get yourself a large, well-rounded crew, these can be an exercise in frustration. While the individual Misbehave cards you draw while completing Illegal Jobs can look fairly easy, doing two or more in a row is actually quite difficult.

There have been two expansions released so far. Breakin' Atmo simply adds cards to the various Supply and Contact decks. Pirates and Bounty Hunters is more involved and is intended to deal with the base game's tendency towards multi-player solitaire. Piracy Jobs allow you to raid an opposing player's ship for goods they're carrying. You can also raid others ship for crew members that are currently Wanted to turn them in for cash. Obviously, this sort of gameplay is for people who can behave viciously towards one another and laugh it off when the game's over. There are also two new ships available, the Walden and the Interceptor (the ships from Out of Gas and Objects in Space respectively).

A third expansion called Blue Sun is suppose to be coming out later this year. This is a board expansion which connects to the left side of the base game board.
