Very touching; the end was an EXCELLENT touch. John Spencer did an amazing job with that scene.

Synopsis for this episode:
Leo faces the congressional hearing on the President's MS and he recalls several encounters with Bartlet which led to him becoming President. The hearing also threatens to expose a huge lapse in judgement on Leo's part.Meanwhile the White House senior staff must deal with a flare-up in racial violence.
