Abbey celebrates her birthday by getting drunk with Amy, CJ and Donna- who has just found out she's a Canadian. Meanwhile, the President struggles to think up an appropriate toast for his wife, Toby discusses a visit from a Sinn Fein leader with Lord John Marbury (who has developed a fascination with Abbey's breasts) and Sam tries to help an old professor secure funding for a supercollider.
