I'd rather they NOT clear it up. If they did it would be the WW equivalent to the 2010 movie. Like JMS says. A few loose ends can be a good thing.

I liked 2010. The book, anyways. The movie stunk.

I have to disagree. Also I like 2001 the book much better than the movie. Which I think is like most Stanly Kubrick films several amazing scenes surrounded my other scenes that go nowhere.

Hey, I'll weigh in: I loved the movie and book of 2010. The only book from the series I didn't really like was 3001.
