I dozed off halfway through. :(

This was an interesting episode showing different campaign strategies.

One question - aren't they a year early in campaigning for President? Wouldn't this be Bartlet's seventh year?

Campaigns generally start a year early, no?

And yes, I liked the format.

Well they said the Iowa caucuses were in a few days from this episode. That's why I asked.

By ScottN on Saturday, January 29, 2005 - 11:01 am:

No, in 365 Days, they were talking about his *last* SotU speech, meaning that the election is this coming WW-verse November.

However, the election was in early season 4. If the election is this season, that's only 2 years for this term. If it's in early season 7, it's only 3 years.

Time has been compressed, and to borrow from the Voyager boards... Temporal Logic Gives Me a Headache.

When the show started, wasn't it the second year of the first Bartlet term?

By ScottN on Saturday, January 29, 2005 - 2:21 pm:

That's what I recall.

CC, when is last night's ep (The Wakeup Call) getting a board? I've got some nits for it.
