Nit.
CJ goes back to her home, and the caption reads "12:15AM", and we immediately cut to her clock, which reads "12:24".
Man, I love Annabeth. She is one sharp cookie!
Question - what happened to Nancy, the previous National Security Advisor? I seem to remember her getting a promotion to something.
It was great to see Lord John Marbury, the Earl of Sherbourne, back again. He is hilarious! And he's changed positions: now he's the British ambassador to the United States.
I thought Lord John was always the ambassador?
Pardon me. I meant to post that one as "Gerald"
During the India/Pakistan conflict (2nd season?) he was just an expert that was called in to help Bartlett.
In a later episode, he became the British Ambassador to the U.S.
Favorite line (at Abby's Birthday party, with both hands held out in front of him) "Abigail! May I grab your breasts?"
He is great! Every time I see him though, I think of the Sheriff of Nottingham in Robin Hood: Men in Tights by Mel Brooks.
CJ had it right. As was made clear in many earlier episodes ("I serve at the pleasure of the President..."), her only loyalty is to President Bartlett. She can't clear everything through Abby.

I agree. If Jed can't serve without jeopardizing his health, then he can't serve at all. CJ needs to inform him without regard to his health and let him make the call.
