After a bit of talk among J, D and other campaign staffers about the campaign plane and whether or not anyone had "come on board", everyone but J and D leave.

Donna gets up, walks over and sits next to Josh. I forget the exact lines in the lead in, but Donna definitely gives the impression that "it's time".

Josh: You want another drink?
Donna: No. <--- How to describe the combination of vocal tone and facial expression that accompanies this one word? Great acting by Janel Maloney. What she really said in that split second is, "I've had enough to drink and have waited long enough to have you."

With that, she simply gets up and walks away, VERY slowly. Josh, to his credit, gets the clue and gets up to follow her.
