A andriod boards the Andromeda and helps them fight a society of machines and learns what it means to be a living being.
So....
The Andromeda Universe's version of Third of Five (aka Hugh the Borg) was successful in transforming the Collective Consortium. As Trance said, he died a hero.
What a complete ripoff.
If it walks like a Borg, talks like a Borg, acts like a Borg, and thinks like a Borg, then what conclusion can we reach?
When I read the synopsis for this episode, I thought they would have robots like Voyager's "Prototype" or even human looking robots like those in "Mudd's Women" and Data. But then I see a Borg. Come on people.
On the plus side, at least the special effects are getting better. (Small Kudos)
"Never underestimate the power of words." -- Tyr
Did anyone else think that this statement was spoken by the wrong character? This is Tyr Shoot-first-and-ask-questions-later Anasazi.
What happened to the other Andromeda? The one that was still in the computer.
Where was Rev?
Trance is finally getting some character development here. (She's turning into Kes in a way.)
See ya later
TUE
Did the first part part of this show seem rushed to anyone else? The story seemed like it would have worked better as a 2 parter so the android's desire to remain as a sentient individual could have been shown to have developed over a longer period of time as he gained a wider variety of experiences.
A salute to the TPTB for keeping up continuity.
Harper's copy of the X-1 appears to be further along and they remembered to have Trance's tattoo on her shoulder. That's a detail I keep expecting them to forget.
Just for your edification, Butch, the PTB can't forget Trance's tattoo. The actress (Laura Bertram) really does have a smile-faced-sun tattoo on her shoulder. Now, as for forgetting the importance they have placed on the tattoo…
Hmmm, have they hired any Voyager writers? ;-)
Hmm. Part Five of that Archangel LICC spinoff thing is called The Sum of Its Parts.

Who plays VX on this one? It looks like Steve Bacic, but when the credits ran they were way too small to read.
