Ambitious. Does he bring the ever-tactful Tyr along, or does he arrange to dump him somewhere for the time being?

great dialogue:

Trance:What if they aren't drones?
Becca:When we get to the Pearly Gates we
all line up behind Rev,'cause he's got pull!

Well maybe Trance would squeak through but I'd
have my doubts about Harper!

So. Hunt starts a war instead.

You know, I really appreciate the way the character has been written--very altruistic, but also extremely practical. That sort of character is rare (The "good guys" usually fall for the "The only way to stop me is to kill me" line, or fall for really silly traps).

Of course, I would be remiss if I didn't point out that this is Star Trek's Elaan of Troyus remade yet again.

But remade very well & suited to the characters involved. And funny!

One problem with the marriage, though. Aren't Nietzchien marriages essentially for procreation? What are they going to do when they learn that the bride is sterile?

I forgot to ask: Do you suppose Hunt knows what Tyr has stashed in his quarters? That he's carrying around the single most important Nietzchie artifact in his ship?

Not a bad show, but I liked it better when it was Star Trek's "Elaan of Troyus".

To add to the what we know about the characters list. Dylan's mother was born on a heavy gravity world.

I wonder--are the Nietzchie a completely closed group, or do they occasionally admit worthy normal humans into the bloodline--if some guy proved to be a good enough fighter & had great genes & wanted in, would they say "Ok," Or would it be "Nope. We have all the genetic material we want already"?
