Cordelia, broke and living in less-than-thrilling conditions, moves out of her apartment. Into Angel's. Of course he goes insane--it's Cordelia. So Doyle pulls some strings to get this apartment to impress Cordelia and everybody is happy and oh, wait. It's haunted. And angry. But at least it's rent-controlled.

I felt sorry for the ghost of the son. All his life he had to deal with his mother, now in his
afterlife he has to deal with Cordelia. Getting out from under one thumb to be under
another.

I found it a bit hard to believe Cordy would be so afraid of the ghost and then when the
ghost calls her a b¡tch, Cordy suddenly goes ballistic and no longer has any fear of the
ghost and really rips into her. However, I do envy the son's ghost and the fun he could
have. Come to think of it, why doesn't he go to his just rewards, now that he's been
freed? My understanding of true earthbound ghosts is that if they finally realize they're
dead then they'll go to wherever it is lost souls stuck on Earth go to.
