Nice moment reminiscent of "The Shining", when an infected Wesley chops thru a door with a big battle axe to the room where Fred's hiding from him. I half-expected him to say, "Heeere's Johnny!"

It's about time Cordy learned to fight. Angel gives her swordfighting lessons at the begining and towards the end of the ep. It was a bit funny when she used some of her old cheerleading practice to help her with some moves.

Are we to believe that neither Gunn or Wesley touched Billy when transporting him back in "That Vision Thing?" Seems like they might have at least brushed hands or something.

Still, it was a great episode, and Wesley-Nicholson was downright creepy.

Also really liked Cordelia's speech to Lilah.

During their little fashion fight I was thinking somebody's got way too much time on their hands if they know so much about designers and fashion and such. I mean, how can anyone really spend exorbitant amounts of time learning everything there is to know about some silly subject? I mean, you wouldn't find anyone on NC like that now, would you?

No guards at the Blim estate?

No security people watching for trouble on the airport tarmac?!?

So how did Billy get sent to Hell, anyway?
If he died, or was killed, and the body was found you'd think there would be newspaper accounts of it (because his family is famous) and make it that much harder for him to reappear.
If he was killed without a trace, or if he was just taken to Hell, you'd think the media would make a big deal out of his disappearance & reappearance.

How many think his cousin had something to do with it?

Frankly when Chip commented to Angel about what a guy has to do to get sent to that punishment I was expecting a recurring, season-long villain, instead of a relatively, minor-league scumwad.

Can someone explain to me who this Lilah is, why she hates Angel, what is this company she works for with the Asian man, etc.? I just started watching about the last 3 or 4 episodes of reruns this summer (when they went to the planet where they found Fred), and I don't watch Buffy.

By Mark Morgan, Angel/Reboot Moderator (Mmorgan) on Tuesday, November 06, 2001 - 2:23 pm:

It's not a Buffy thing, Shirley. Wolfram and Hart is a legal firm specializing in demons and other supernaturally villainous clients. They have repeatedly tried to destroy Angel, and they were responsible for bringing Darla back from the dead.

Lilah hates Angel because one episode Angel was possessed and the person in Angel's body tried to seduce Lilah--and almost succeeded. Said person did not know Angel was a vampire and lost control and tried to bite her neck.

Lilah thinks Angel was playing some kind of sick game.

This has probably been mentioned before but how does Angel kick down someone's door without his foot entering the room?!

Wesley grows all the time, especially after his comment (last week?) about people who were domineered and sneered at by their parents and criticised for everything they ever did (and boy, did I nod in agreement ...). When he broke down at the end of this episode I was hoping that Fred would go back into the room and give him a hug.

I don't know if it's been mentioned before. But just because Angel's foot can't cross the barrier doesn't mean the momentum (or is it kinetic energy... physics experts, help me out here).

But more importantly is how can Angel (or any vampire, for that matter) have sex, as that requires blood to be pumped into certain regions of the body?

By Beafy on Thursday, February 03, 2005 - 3:56 am:

I read a comment about that on another board:
The only way to explain it, is, that the blood is already at that...certain... region... No wonder he's so moody all time!

By Vampire on Thursday, February 03, 2005 - 11:46 pm:

Vampire hearts don't beat, but they still have some sort of circulatory system going on. Otherwise the blood would all pool at their feet.

And one time, when Spike got attacked by the Knights on Buffy S5, he was spurting blood. That wouldn't happen without some sort of circulation.

Bottom line, a wizard did it.
