No, as Justine was withdrawing her weapon from the first puncture, Holtz did say something to her (I didn't record it so I can't quote it) which indicated that the framing of Angel was part of his plan.

KAM: In Greek maybe. You are correct though. Angel, is actually a occupation, not a species, and demon is from the Greek word "demekos". However, it would be sort of like talking about "burning a fagot" (Setting fire to a piece of wood), as demon has come to mean "Nasty Spirit"

So, Fred and Gunn already know that Connor has inherited his daddy's strength, yet it never occurs to either of them that he might have inherited vampire hearing?
