Am I the only one annoyed that after they showed this episode, the next Sunday it was Wizard of Oz-- and then, after that, a rerun of the season premiere? Anybody know if the next new episode is going to show this coming Sunday? Because the waiting is getting to me.

Isn't this the last episode of sweeps? I don't think that the next new one is until January.

According to BuffyGuide.com, the WB will air "Ground State" (repeat) on December 8, and "The House Always Wins" (repeat) on December 15. BTVS is will air its next new episode, "Bring On The Night", on December 17.

I forgot to add that "Angel" will be moving to Wednesdays 9-10 p.m. eastern in mid-January to take over the current spot of "Birds of Prey", which was recently cancelled (no more than 13 total episodes of "Birds of Prey" will air).

The actual title of this episode is "Rain Of Fire".

Is it? According to the official video release it's 'Apocalypse, Nowish'.

By Art Vandelay on Wednesday, January 14, 2004 - 12:59 pm:

Both were correct at one time, one was the working title and the other the final title. An episode of Buffy Season 1 was originally called (IIRC) 'Hear no evil, see no evil' and ended up years later being called 'Invisible girl' or vice versa.
