A woman who Devon once loved, Amelia Claremont, is killed after investigating an illegal arms shipping ring operating out of an army surplus yard. Amelia's daughter, Camilla, helps Devon and Michael find clues which lead them to the surplus yard. Eventually, Michael finds evidence of a special type of missile which can only be fired by helicopter, and even sees the helicopter itself. Amelia found out about the missile and was taking pictures of it before she was murdered. The next day, when Devon returns with the police, though, nothing is there. Michael goes undercover to try and find out more, but he is found out and beaten up. In a dangeous plan, Camilla impersonates her mother to make the arms dealers think her mother is still alive. It works, exposing a congressional candidate as an accomplice of the arms dealer. Michael takes over, and with KITT's microjam, takes out the helicopter before anyone else can be hurt. As the episode ends, the arms dealer is arrested, the candidate is to be ruined, and Camilla says a heartfelt goodbye to Devon.
THOUGHTS: -Nice show. Edward Mulhare puts in a good performance as Devon recalls his time with Amelia.
-Fun stuff with KITT throughout the show, especially when speaking French with Camila and telling the bikers to swear to become "model citizens."
New features on KITT: +KITT turns on and controls a tank in this episode. +Ultra-magnesium flare charges (used to deflect the helicopter missiles).

NITS: -When the biker hits KITT's window with the pipe, in the long shots he is swinging hard but in the close-ups the pipe is lightly tapping the window.
-After getting beat up, Michael drives to Camilla's house and it looks like he's okay, but when he walks into the house he's all beat up (I'm guessing the creators reused a shot from earlier in the episode).
-There's one close-up shot of KITT driving past the helicopter (after Michael uses the smoke screen) where KITT's bumper looks different (it's slanted more and looks like it comes from another car).
