SciFi Channel obtained the Knight Rider episodes already cut for reruns. Though many of the cut scenes don't really affect the episode, some moments are worth remembering. Here are a few:
-In "Knight of the Drones, Part 2" there is a cut scene where Devon and Michael check out KITT's new dash and features before checking up on Bonnie.
-In "Knights of the Fast Lane" there is a cut scene towards the end of the episode where KITT actually turbo boosts over the football field goalpost.
-In "Dead of Knight" the sequence where "Arnold" works out (with his dumbell on KITT's hood) is cut out.
-In "Ten Wheel Trouble" a great sequence is missing at the beginning of the episode when Michael and KITT are stuck in a traffic jam and KITT just sorta "slides" over to the next lane.
By Chris Todaro on Saturday, March 29, 2003 - 7:09 pm: I hate it when they cut parts out of shows for syndication, but I do give the syndicators of Knight Rider some credit in that when they create a commercial break where there wasn't one originally at least they make the picture freeze and pull back (or to the corner of the screen in the early episodes) rather than just fading to black.
