---Synopsis:
Chandler and Phoebe decide to break up with Janice and Tony on the same night, but do not have the same level of success. Rachel, still learning to live on her own, learns how to do laundry with Ross, which proves to be difficult for her. Joey brings Monica with him on a double date, but conveniently fails to mention an important bit of information about it to her.

As for doing laundry, I learned how to do my own as a teenager, not having rich parents and not having servants to take care of everything for me. Rachel was used to everything being handed to her and everything being done for her. Kids shouldn't grow up like that, if they do, they have no clue how to survive in the real world if their daddy cuts them off for whatever reason. Just sayin'!

Of course they aren't going to use a REAL detergent name- they'd probably be sued for copyright infringement. As for Rachel, for a spoilt brat I find it entirely plausible that she has no clue how to do laundry at this point in the series.
