---Synopsis:
While attending a play that Joey is in, Chandler meets a beautiful women that he begins dating, but commitment problems soon ensue. After doing an unusual play, Joey gets picked up by a talent agent, which leads to a job in a movie doing something other than acting. Rachel’s having cleaned the apartment by herself for the first time leads to obsession by Monica.

This episode features the first appearance of June Gable as Estelle Leonard.
Joey's comment that he's "been doing nohting but crappy plays for six years" may be be an indication of when he started acting.
I also believe this is the episode that first establishes Monica’s obsessive-compulsive nature regarding cleanliness.
This is also the first episode to establish Chandler's signature trait of putting emphasis on the wrong word in a sentence, though the rest of the gang doesn't point it out until The One With the Ick Factor(1.22).
