---Synopsis:
Rachel's intense dreams cause angst for Ross. Chandler gets Phoebe a job as a secretary at his office, but this leads to a troubling discovery for him. Monica's new beau raises eyebrows for the rest of the gang, and eventually causes a shock for her.

This episode begins the running gag of the gang making fun of Chandler for emphasizing the wrong words. Interestingly, Chandler had only done once prior to this episode, in The One With The Butt(1.6).
