---Synopsis:
Monica is dysfunctional because of her breakup with Richard. Joey doesn't like being around Janice, so she tried to remedy the situation. After Rachel explains to Ross that she and Monica derive a sense of closeness when talking about their sexual fantasies, Ross and Chandler decide to talk about theirs, but it doesn't exactly have the desired results.
