Phoebe is talking about being everyone excited during the poker game, but it seems like the line is an expository monologue delivered to the audience. It just seems out of place, as if she's talking to some invisible person in the room.
I agree. It would be different if that was in an establishing shot, but bang in the middle of the scene it's ridiculous. They should have had one of the gang come in at that point and Phoebe explain it to them rather than to the voices in her head.
When Phoebe Sr. says "I am your mother!" don't tell me I was the only one to think "Search your feelings, you know it to be true/NOOOO!!!"
Rachel seems jealous of Bonnie when the latter impresses the men by recounting that her first kiss was with a girl...but we learn in "The One With Rachel's Big Kiss" that she had a similar experience, so why doesn't she try to one-up Bonnie?
