Hmmm... Firstly, having seen these eps a number of times I have never seen them before so obviously the guy who did them has meticulously gone through the episode to find them. let's not forget that these episodes were filmed in front of a live audience in one evening- mistakes like that are bound to happen and out of 200-odd episodes to find only afew frames like that seems to indicate that production "problems" were not as big as all that...

Now, the entire series can be streamed on the HBO Max app. Which was recently made available on Roku and Amazon devices. (I still would not be caught dead watching a single episode, but I wanted to make fans aware.)
