The extra lyrics are on about nothing else rhyming with "Rimmer" and asking the sound man to stop recording, or something - I haven't seen Xtended for a while, so I couldn't tell you exactly what it was.

OK.. for everyone who noticed, I got one of the lines wrong in the Rimmer song...

Line 2 should read:
'He's brave and he's FEARLESS come what may'

In the Red Dwarf Smeg Outs tape they play a version of Tongue Tied which has at least one extra line not heard in the episode. After they sing "Whenever you're around" the next line is 'My trousers they go brown'. There may be other differences, but I'll have to watch the spot with a copy of the lyrics.

Does anyone know if the lyrics changed with the music video?I know there wsa anotehr version of tongue tied video in something outside of RD, I saw it a whole long time ago, my sister was watching it.It had Cat's actoir as a janitor on RD sets

I believe Danny John-Jules released a version of Tongue Tied and the Red Dwarf theme song as a single around 1993, so maybe that was the video clip for it?

The Red Dwarf season 2 DVD has an extended version of the Tongue Tied video on it.

I liked those songs.
