I dislike the notion of having a studio audience for RD. It creates a two-tier group of fans – those who go to the recordings and know what will happen in new episodes or specials, and those fans, especially ones in other countries, who do not. Worse, you almost always see many of the “recording-ists” act like smug (expletive removed by Moderator) after the episodes or specials are broadcast and non-recording-ist’s pre-broadcast speculation is shown to be wrong.
