Lucy opens a telegram to Ricky, ordering him to appear at the Army's Fort Dix, and thinks that he's been drafted. Then Lucy and Ethel think that both Ricky and Fred are drafted when they see them "drilling" in the living room with brooms. They don't realize that they're actually practicing a dance routine for the servicemens' show.
