Mertz and Kurtz
To impress an old vaudeville partner of Fred's, Lucy agrees to act as the Mertzes' maid. Later, they find out that Barney Kurtz, the old friend of Fred's, has a grandson, who's coming to visit him. Barney admits that he's not the famous vaudeville star he'd pretended to be, and to help keep Barney's image intact in his grandson's eyes, Lucy, Ricky, Fred and Ethel reprise an old vaudeville routine Fred and Barney (Mertz and Kurtz!) used to do.
