One of the tenants of the Mertz's apartment building, Mrs. Trumbull, is fed up with Little Ricky's crying, and shows them the lease, which states that no children are allowed in the apartment house. All ends well at the end, however, with Mrs. Trumbull offering to babysit Little Ricky whenever they need her to.
