Lucy can't finish anything without changing her mind, and it's driving everyone, especially a waiter at a restaraunt they visit, wild! Ricky makes her promise to finish everything she does for the rest of her life, so she finishes an old love letter to an old fling. Ricky finds out about it, and offers to mail it for her. Now Lucy's got to intercept the letter!
