Time note: This episode takes place “over a week” after Collision, and three days after One of Them, as Ana-Lucia and Locke mention in the opening scene of Act 1, respectively.
Oh f***. Niiiiiiiiiiiiice ending.
I don't know if this is something that's always been present that I've never noticed until now, or if it's something that's only come into being recently, but did anyone else notice that Sun's right eyelid comes down slightly lower than her right one, making the line of it more prominent?
Near the end of Act 4, right after Sun tells Jin that she's pregnant, we see the flashback of the doctor flagging down Sun out in public. When he talks to her, he mentions Jin by referring to him as "You're husband" instead of "Your husband".
Okay, we supposed to understand that the kid is not Jin's but that other guy?
Oh, and I forgot: Didn't Hurley distribute all the food at the end of Everybody Hates Hugo? Why is there now cereal? I guess we can gather that he hoarded some things for himself, like candy bars, and maybe things that could not be eaten by themselves, like the Ranch dressing seen in One of Them, but now cereal?
Um, is Henry trying to get killed now? Why would he say what he did to Jack and Locke otherwise?
Luigi Novi: Okay, we supposed to understand that the kid is not Jin's but that other guy?
It seems to me that they leave that intentionally vague. Personally, I think that Sun is being sincere when she tells Jin that she's never been with another man. If the island can make Locke walk, I don't see why it couldn't affect Jin in positive ways as well.

Maybe Jack or Locke had dibs.

He does mention that if the Others "hypothetically" capture Ana, Sayid, and Charlie, they might use them to get Henry back. If they kill Henry, how are they going to bargain for those three? With Aaron? Why would Jack or Locke kill Henry? They may do questionable things, but they're not cold-blooded murderers. Maybe Henry's realized that.
I missed the bit where she said she'd never been with another man.
Dibs on what? I thought he gave away all of it, and that it was used up. Wasn't that the point of that scene at the end of that episode?
Good point. But why would he announce the very idea, if he's just now been given kitchen priviledges? Does he really want to be immediately thrown back into his cell?
This ep initially looked like another dreary "let's torture Henry" episode...but the last couple minutes really made it intriguing.

On the cereal. If Hurley gave the cereal to Jack or Locke, why can't they still have some to give to Henry?
Oh, I see. The cereal is what they got at the end of that episode is what you meant. Got it.
Why does Sun go to Sawyer for the medical supplies? Didn't Jack take back all the medical stuff Sawyer had in his tent in The Long Con? Isn't that what spurred Sawyer's theft of the guns? Didn't he say at the end of that episode, once he revealed that he had them, that he didn't care any more about the shaving cream and stuff? When did he get all the medical supplies?
As was shown in the episode lockdown sawyer raided the med supplies from the hatch.
When did they show that in the episode?
Also, one other thing that indicates that Henry is an other, but which I forgot to mention (or even remember myself when I watched Lockdown) is that in the closing scene, he refers to the Others as "these people that you seem to think are your enemies"..., as if this is merely a perception on the part of the castaways. The only other person to imply that the Others were not really enemies was Goodwin, when he suggested to Ana in The Other 48 Days, that the Others are doing because they don't see it as hurting anyone. That wording on Henry's part jumped out at me, but I filed it in the back of my mind for some reason. I think it's because the rest of his sentence, about drawing a map to a secluded place where the Others would ambush the trio seemed more overtly damning. But when it appeared SPOILER WARNING FOR Lockdown: that he may just have been joking in the next ep (with the discovery of the balloon and the grave giving added support)END SPOILER WARNING, that entire closing scene was put on the backburner. I totally forgot about that first part.
It was a throwaway line during the poker match between him and Jack. Which does make one wonder since Jack out pokered and conned the con where he learned his skills.
Luigi: Yeah, I'd forgotten he'd said that too, until they showed it again in the cap.
Something that the recapper at TWoP brought up: when Jack and Locke bring Henry the cereal, Locke mentions that the pantry is "full of food". If it was all distributed, why is it now in there? Did the everyone decide to save it for later?
Although I saw Sawyer reading Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret, and although I knew it was about a young woman's growing pains, I didn't know that it was about menstruation, and that that was what connected it to Sun's pregnancy plot.
The comments about the next episode 4 posts up are spoilers, can someone remove or hide them?
When Charlie (who I thought acted like a git in this episode) said to Ana Lucia that the last time she held a gun she murdered someone; I was expecting her (if she knew) to reply so did he, referring to Charlie shooting Ethan.
What spoilers?
Good catch, Art. I've edited it.
