Kate forward-story.

Apparently Claire is not one of the Six. Kate's "son" is Aaron.
Looks like Frank didn't go at exactly 325.

Honestly, the "reveal" at the end was not a surprise. For some reason, I thought it would be Aaron, especially with the foreshadowing scene (Kate&Claire).
So the "Six" have come up with a story that there were only 8 survivors. Are they trying to protect the remaining Lostaways?
Who were the two who "didn't make it"?
Production nit: When Kate and Claire are hanging laundry, Claire goes to pick Aaron up. At one point, Aaron leans back. The shot changes to a close up of Kate and instantly Aaron's head is right next to Claire's again.
So I'm guessing Aaron is the 'he' that Kate spoke up in last season's final scene, rather than Sawyer as was speculated.
I didn't see the end coming although I should have. I was too busy waiting for a hint that it was or wasn't Sawyer's baby.
Who were the two who "didn't make it"?
Presumably one was Claire as Aaron wasn't born at the time of the crash.
Not necessarily, since Kate has given the impression that Aaron is hers i.e. she gave birth to him. Diane certainly seemed to believe that.
Can someone explain the title of this episode?
I'm surprised by the amount of discussion the 'two who didn't make it' is getting here and at other forums. Jack's whole story was a lie. A lot more people died than he said, and a lot more people survived than he said. They're protecting the people who are still on the island by making everyone think they're dead. The 'two' was just to make the story more credible. Of course they had to give some names, but it's hardly significant whose names they gave. Could be Boone and Charlie, Paulo and Nikki. Doesn't really matter because a lot more than two people really died in the crash and afterward.
As for the title, no idea. The egg motif came up quite a bit, with John offering the last two eggs, killing a chicken (which came first?) and, if this isn't stretching things, the notion of Kate's pregnancy.
My guess as to the remaining two members of the Six:
Sun and Jin.
It can't be Desmond, because he wouldn't be one of the "Oceanic Six". Ditto for Juliet -- neither of them would be on the passenger manifest.
Keep in mind that someone could return with the Lostaways, even if they weren't on Oceanic 815, and the media might still dub them as such, since the media doesn't always get all the details and facts right, and myths and misconceptions can develop and snowball in the public consciousness despite this. With this in mind, it's possible that Ben is considered one of the Six.
Episode 7 must be a Sun & Jin story since the title, Jiyeon, is a Korean woman's name, so I suspect we'll find out then.
But my guess is that only one of them is one of the Six.
I can't see them separating, but there was that rift about going to LA vs going to Korea.
Character-wise I agree. But the writers will get more mileage drama-wise out of separating them.
Then again, Jin separated from Sun to go on the raft out of love for her, to get her rescued.
Whoever leaves or whoever doesn't, I don't think it's going to be a matter of individual choice, apart maybe from the choice of going with Jack or Locke in the season premiere. I suspect that when the chance comes to leave, not all the characters are going to be present, so it's either these six (or however many, maybe this is where the 'other two' come in) leave or else they miss their chance all together.
