For pete's sake, do not watch this movie. It is chock full of 70s TV show themes, bad guys in turtlenecks and sports jackets, and another planet that resembles California! Very bad, do not watch unless under interrogation.

About the only thing it has going for it is Glen Corbett. And even he can't overcome the script. This movie may have been inspired by "Journey to the Far Side of the Sun"

I think it's alternate title was "Please pick us up for a TV series". It didn't work.

The quips about the old guy and his drug addiction was funny plus Frank and Dr F as bad guys in turtlenecks.
