A Czech dubbed film brought by the cinematic genius Sandy Frank! That about says it all. No need to follow a storyline, just watch in amazement as a hare krishna alien babe does a lot of weird things and lots of European actors. The Rosie the robot was so campy and cheap. So was this movie.

Think of a very crappy Star Trek episode with an evil white Mr. T alien trying to conquer the universe only to face his adversary Martin Landau!! I think the funniest part is when the changeling girl goes ballistic on the ship and tosses crew members like used tissue.

Actually, it's not a crappy Star Trek episode but a crappy Space:1999 episode! (the movie is actually a combination of the second season episodes "The Metamorph" and "Space Warp")

They made some of the same observations that kids in the 70's first made about Space:1999.
Those Alphan moonbuggies are the same vehicles seen in the Banana Splits saturday morning show. The monsters Maya transforms into are cheesy: "the Shaggy D.A.", and "Gerry Garcia".
...and lastly, they weren't fooled by ITC's titling this "Cosmic Princess" and stating that the year is 2100. In the beginning of the ep, Dr. Forrester warns the gang; "Don't get your hopes up you human-headed ringball. This is nothing but a poorly acted Martin Landau series from the 70's".

It ain't "crappy". To be more precise, at the end Servo says "What a horrible chunk of DOODY!"

This may be the most watchable episode from the KTMA era BECAUSE its an episode of Space:1999. Its also got the always enjoyable hammy acting of Brian Blessed.
