Hi-Keeba!

It's strange how three syllables - and ones that don't even make any sense! - can nevertheless draw you!

When I bought the Amazing Colossal Episode Guide (and this was before I'd seen a single MST3K episode!), "Hi-keeba!" was quoted as one of the BBs' favourite lines. What was irritating for someone like me was that I would have loved to have known how it was pronounced: was it 'Hye' or 'Hee' and was the emphasis on the first or second syllable of 'keeba'? So I was thrilled to bits when, in the second video that I bought, Cave Dwellers, Tom said, "Hi-keeba!" quite early on during the flashback.

But then I'm easily pleased ...
