When we see Torgo for the first time. Unfortunately Mike Nelson didn't do justice on his knees in the Torgo's Pizza sketch.

I think I stand alone on this, but "Mitchell!"

By Todd Pence on Sunday, February 28, 1999 - 10:11 am:

"Fugitive Alien" was the first MST episode I ever saw and still remains my favorite. "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAYou're Stuck Here!"

By Lea Frost on Sunday, February 28, 1999 - 2:19 pm:

My fondest MST3K memory would have to be of the first time I saw an episode all the way through: watching "Hobgoblins" in a hotel room in Houghton, MI, and laughing myself sick... :-)

1. Introducing me to Gamera
2. Teenagers from Outer Space (WITH TORTURE, and the giant killer space lobster).

Time of the Apes--"So long Mom, I'm off to meet my doom!"

Actually, just about every episode. Man, I'm going to miss this show. It really taught me that most of the movies and TV programs being thrown at us are rubbish, and should be taunted and teased until they cry.

By ScottN on Monday, March 01, 1999 - 12:01 pm:

Mike, sounds like an old Tom Lehrer song...

"So long Mom, I'm off to drop the bomb, so don't wait up for me!"

By Chris Todaro on Sunday, June 06, 1999 - 10:20 am:

One of my favorites is the look on Pearl Forester's face when she saw the thermonuclear device activated by Bobo and Peanut.

By Biff B on Saturday, August 14, 1999 - 10:14 pm:

Frank beating up the Renaissance Festival punching bags in "The Giant Gila Monster"

By Andy Jackson on Monday, September 06, 1999 - 12:10 am:

My fondest memory?

From MST3K: The Movie:

When Servo says, "Joe, Joe, WATCH OUT FOR THE PROP J-" and then makes a some really funny chopping sounds. I laughed myself silly.

Also, the reenactment of the really bad opening scene from Cave Dwellers.

And finally, from Pod People, "Little winged potatoes."

By Merat on Sunday, June 10, 2001 - 5:58 pm:

The bots' repeated riffs about Alan Hale Jr. being The Skipper in an episode whose name I can't remember and Russel Johnson being the Professor in the movie.

By kerriem on Sunday, June 10, 2001 - 7:49 pm:

Merat, I think the Alan Hale movie is 'The Crawling Hand' (season one.)

I liked the Russell Johnson riffs, too. "And his coffin will be made entirely out of coconuts. Thank you."

My very fondest memory has to be the entirety of 'Pod People', the very first MST3K tv ep I ever saw.
And my favorite riffs from 'Pod People' come from the egg-crushing scene: "Hey, this guy looks kinda like Norm Abrams...gettin' killed....Hear that? Sounds like Norm Abrams, gettin' killed by a giant chicken."

Y'know how people say, they laughed so hard they ALMOST fell out of their chair? Well, I actually hit the floor during that scene!

By Mr. Mistie on Monday, June 11, 2001 - 8:19 am:

My fondest memories were of the infamous knee test in the "Platform Posture and Appearance" short, and the little girly scream of Chunk Beefhead in Space Mutiny. Both had me cracking up for months.

By Merat on Wednesday, July 25, 2001 - 7:26 pm:

I probably don't have the quote right but....

"Lets see, Shatner, Shatner, Shatner, Nope, doesn't look like hes in this one, looks like were safe."
