Peter goes to find Mohinder and discovers that Sylar is there. After Peter hurls Sylar across the room telekinetically and he recovers, Peter turns invisible and Sylar flings glass in several directions hitting Peter in the back of the head. Why did Peter turn away from his enemy? Why didn't he go to another room or hit the floor or anything other than, nothing? Also, Sylar has super hearing and he didn't notice Mohinder pushing that huge map-stand at him, which knocked him unconscious surprisingly.

yeah I was surprised that Syler was knocked unconscious considering this man has been shot several times and walked away.

I am also surprised Mohinder didn't finish the job with Syler when he WAS unconscious. he already made up his mind to kill him once, why pass up the chance now that the murder was prone?

Adding to Don's post of almost ten years ago: Mohinder took the time to smash his laptop, instead of simply taking it with, and carry a dead Peter to a taxi, instead of finishing Sylar off while he was unconscious? Neither of those actions would be necessary if Sylar were dead. Plus, TPTB seemed to forget about his eidetic memory. Sylar should remember every name and location from Suresh's map.

Also, when Sylar goes to Isaac's loft, he pins the painter to the floor (crucifix style) with some paint brushes. While I'm sure Isaac's brushes are good quality, that floor looked to be concrete, so I highly doubt those would neither penetrate nor stay in the floor.
