I'm a big fan of this show. My dad is an even bigger fan, and he has the following observation...

One of the things that makes this show great is that THEY DON'T ALWAYS WIN. Sometimes the bad guys win in court.

How about the Kitchen Precint. It's a bit of word play.

Matt: I like that! Anymore suggestions?

How about the Kitchen Precinct.

Hmmmmm...yeah, i'm cool with the 'Kitchen Precinct' too. (Especially since my best efforts went something like the Lab Sink or the Forensic Sink...or something like that.)
Anyway, I think a 'Law & Order' board in general is a great idea! The best crime drama on TV - perhaps one of the best ever - deserves a spot here if any show does. Thanks lots.

You will have a long time to decide if it will hold up. NBC has renewed it through 2005. First I ever heard of such a long term committment, but the show has a good track record for holding up, both quality and ratings-wise, so I can see them locking it up and not letting it go anyplace else. (NBC also locked up ER through 2004 and SVU through 2002 at the same time. I wonder if NBC is paying $13 million for ER, as it did in its last renewal for that show in 1998. It was so afraid of losing ER that it caved in to what Warners wanted.)

Hey, Sax, I thought we were going to rename the sink to "The Kitchen Precinct"?
