*hmmss*..is this the correct scheduling of the eps? The Beeb in the UK showed this one after the "Look at the Princess" ones...
I put them up in the order that the Farscape website at (www.scifi.com/farscape) had them up. That was the only source that I could find that had the episodes in any kind of order.
Fair nuff..kinda suspected it was the BBC playing about with things again :)
I think it's in this episode (amongst several others) that characters refer to the "Hamman side" of Moya. Presumably this is another example of the translator microbes failing, and means either 'port' or 'starboard'. However, I can't recall ever hearing the other side of the ship referred to - has anyone else? Surely not all the catastrophes happen on one side?!
Are you referring to "Hasmana" - the Farscape equivalent of an explicative?
No - I'm referring to "Hamman side" which means either left or right side. Weren't you listening?! ;-)
The opposite side to "Hamman" is "Treblin" - it's finally said in a season 3 episode.
For some reason, the future Crichton has a much more pronounced Texas accent.
I noticed that Merat, considering Bowder is from the Southeastern part of the U.S. The thing
is, upon recent viewing of this episode, I think
it's the set of teeth he has to wear. I think he
has to revert to his native accent or close to
it, so not sound so mangled speaking with those
teeth.
I read somewhere that Ben intentionally gave a more pronounced accent to the future Crichton. He wanted to make him a much different being.
The teeth and the almost manic half grin that the future Crichton had was REALLY irritating.
