The willies, while meaning the creeps, is also slang plural for a gentleman's trouser equipment. (And I don't mean the Corby Trouser Press.)
woody on the other hand is slang for that same equipment when the gentleman loves his wife very very much.
Not only that, Sophie, but "woody" also refers to that equipment in an... err... excited state.
Not sure if you're joking, but that's what I was trying, with exaggerated delicacy, to describe.
