According to something I read on another site about Ben, he was in the "Memphis Belle" movie. Anyone remember which guy he was? There were so many good looking guys in that movie, I can't remember who was who.
I pulled out my copy of the "Memphis Belle" and looked for Ben. This must have been one of his very first movies he did. He had a very small part and one line. He was the Rookie Captain (credits called him that) that was talking to Mathew Modine in the food line during the dance near the beginning. Modine was talking to Ben about his furniture business and Ben says, "Sorry, Captain, but I have to get back to my date." or something close. Ben's plane was the one called "Mother and Country" that was cut into two pieces by the Me 109 that was shot down by the co-pilot of the Belle firing the rear machine guns.
Ah! Thanks!
Your welcome.
The local paper, The Birmingham News, did an article about Ben on Thrusday, June 21, 2001. Told about bit of him getting started in acting, his brother who races, about his first Farscape esipode written by him and some of his back ground. He did decline to give his age. He is married with two children. Overall good piece and got to know him a bit better.
Man, why are the good ones always married?
Or gay!
Or a bear!
Jack Frost, was that an MST3K reference?
Yes. Guess what movie it was from.
Ben Browder born 11 December 1962, Memphis, Tennessee, according to the Internet Movie Database.
Wow! That's only 2 weeks before JESUS! Coincidence????
Obviously, a gift from God.
Ben Browder will be on CSI:Miami either tonight or near future. He plays a bouncer at a night club which burns up. The local paper had an article about him and what he is doing after Farscape (and being back in the USA).
Maybe there is a Farscape fan at the paper. Or a Ben Browder fan.
I saw that episode of CSI, but it was the Vegas edition, not the Miami one.
Did anyone catch him playing Lee Majors in 'Behind the 'Charlie Angels' movie?
