Once Pilot’s DNA begins to affect Aeryn, her vision goes weird. How did she manage to fly herself between Moya and the planet? She clearly went alone as none of the crew knew what had happened to her until she was back in Pilot’s den.

It was lucky that it wasn’t crucial to inject Aeryn’s antidote into the same eye that she’d had the original DNA injection in, as John injects the other one.

In the final shot of Pilot’s den, there’s no walkway leading directly from the front of where Pilot sits. This would change in future episodes.

Possibly certain basic flight patterns (like going from orbit to dirtside and back) can be automated.
