John Savage guest starred on DS9. He was the captain of the Melinchay in "For The Uniform."

He also also guest starred in the VOY episodes "Equinox" and "Equinox, Part II" as Captain Rudolph "Rudy" Ransom of the starship Equinox. (Thanks to Lee Jamilkowski for the reminder!)

John Savage has had a film and TV careeer as far back as the mid 70's. "The Deer Hunter", "Hair" are just two of his credits.

LUIGI NOVI: No, he didn't. That was Eric Pierpoint, who played George Francisco in the "Alien Nation" TV series, and Ambassador Voval in NextGen's seventh season "Liaisons." John Savage was never on DS9. I supposed both their faces do have that "chiseled" look.
