Actor Jonathan Brandis who played Bastian in the film, The Never Ending Story II and starred as Lucas Wolenczak in the TV series, Seaquest DSV has died at the age of 27, the causes have not yet been determined. He died on Wednesday, November 12th, 2003.
Just found out that it was sucide by hanging.
What caused him to commit suicide?
We must realize that ANY human being No matter how Stable or Well off given the right circumstances would

I remember that in the early '90s, he dated "Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air" actress Tatiana Ali. He even guest-starred in a Fresh Prince episode.
Anyway, I liked Jonathan's portrayal of the likable whiz kid Lucas. Just like the rest of the cast, he had no control over just how bad the show would become. That's too bad!
