The little message at the beginning said, "If accidentally watched, induce vomiting."
Isn't that Fox's official opinion on the show?
The trains riding light beams seemed reminiscent of Tron.
Loved Zoidberg's "What would the robot do?"
The prism "switching station" is based on the album cover to Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon".
I was just WAITING for the Domo Origato Mr. Robot joke, and I wasn't disapointed.
This episode's title has a tiny flaw. Bender can not be 30% iron. In the presidential episode (Nixon runs for president) Bender is 40% Titanium. Another episode mentions that Bender is 40% Zinc.
40% Ti+ 40% Zn + 30% Fe = 110% Bender.
Well, he's a bending unit, not a calculator. ;-)
Perhaps the extra 10% comes from all that open space he has inside? ;-)
Or maybe he just put on weight? ;-)
NANJAO: Bender's training comes from "Star Wars-The Empire Strikes Back".
The song that plays over the training sequence is from The Karate Kid. It plays over the tourney montage.
I really enjoyed when Bender proclaimed himself Zinc Saucier, and demanded double the usual prize money. He must have some brass in him.
I think it was a runing joke. Bender says "I'm 30% _______" in a fourth season episode.
The word "Judgment" is misspelled.
