Fry "metaphorically makes a deal with the devil. And by 'devil', I mean the robot devil. And by 'metaphorically', I mean grab your coat."

The series finale...thanks to •••••• Fox's terrible treatement of this show, resulting in low ratings!

By Paul Joyce on Tuesday, July 08, 2003 - 11:23 am:

Dan Castellaneta will guest star in this episode as the voice of the Robot Devil.

By Paul Joyce on Tuesday, July 08, 2003 - 1:32 pm:

Again, I should say.

By Rene on Sunday, August 10, 2003 - 4:20 pm:

Just over 40 minutes to go until the last episode. Sigh. So sad.

By Rene on Sunday, August 10, 2003 - 5:30 pm:

"See You On Some Other Channel".

I liked it.:) The Robot Devil is as crazy as ever. And his plan was devious. Though how come his original deal with Fry didn't give him anything in return?

"Bite my shiny metal....OH noooooooooooooooooo!" - Bender :)

By Josh M on Sunday, August 10, 2003 - 11:45 pm:

And of course, the final picture that the ship crashes into is the picture of the ship crashing into a picture of the ship crashing...

It was fun. There were parts that felt like the end. The first scene with Bender and Fry. The final "walk into the sunset." Cameos by many many characters. Ah yeah.

"Back to Hell. Come on Nixon." -Robot Devil

So, why was his name Robot Devil on the wheel rather than Beelzebot? Devil's preferance? More than one Beelzebot around?

Dang! Missed the beginning. Only came in at Leela's dilemma of giving away her hand. Was very impressed at the combination of music, lyrics, tragedy, and comedy the writers put together for that opera.

(Somebody please note when it's going to be on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim?)

By ScottN on Monday, August 11, 2003 - 9:13 am:

Don't know, since it looks like they've dropped Futurama for Home Movies :(

By Josh M on Monday, August 11, 2003 - 1:42 pm:

But, it's still on TBS.

By Hammer on Thursday, August 14, 2003 - 6:16 pm:

futurama is back on adult swim now. Is there any chance another network could pick up futurama and produce new shows?

By Rene on Sunday, August 24, 2003 - 5:13 pm:

Wasn't "Beelzebot" just a nickname Leela called the Robot Devil and not his actual name?

By Josh M on Sunday, August 24, 2003 - 11:03 pm:

Who knows?

By Paul Joyce on Monday, August 25, 2003 - 7:17 am:

Lovely episode. Couldn't have ended it better, really.

Did Bender ever get his backside back?

By Gwen on Saturday, December 06, 2003 - 8:49 pm:

We will never know...*spooky muzak (yes, muzak) plays*

Still, I liked the Godzilla part of that freaky opera...The representation-thingy of Bender ran for the door. Heehee.

By Matt Pesti on Friday, April 02, 2004 - 8:45 pm:

Great ending for the series. Fry might have a chance with Leela, and a musical. Oh, and Zoidberg learns about spending money.

By JM on Saturday, April 03, 2004 - 6:24 pm:

"I'll take eight!" :)

By Edwin on Thursday, May 27, 2004 - 4:32 am:

Hedonismbot was great. I suspect we would have seen much more of it if the series had continued.
