Head Case

Nitcentral's Bulletin Brash Reflections: Seven Days: Season Three: Head Case
Hooter sets up a camera with Frank's help in Nate's shower, broadcasting him singing while washing. The President is with his therapist, relating a dream about himself as a child, and the therapist realizes it has to do with international politics. It is his guilt bothering him about sending ateam in to take out a South American drug lord/dictator. Later on, Secret Service men enter, kill a person and steal the tapes. They later fall into the hands of the dictator. Parker backsteps to infiltrate the tapes.

It turns out the Secret Service men were under the command of the Secrtary of State, who gave the tapes to the dictator. Frank and the therapist go on the run around Washington DC trying to find the tapes that the therapist hid in the new timeline. They find them, get caught, but use the camera that Hooter used on Nate to broadcast the truth to the President, who fires the Secretary of State and places him under arrest. Olga shows up, gets into a discussion with the therapist about Frank, and Frank pulls Olga away from the converstation. Meanwhile, the dictator's right-hand man overthrows the dictator, with UN sponsorship.

This episode was also known during script development as The President's Analyst.

Who wouldn't want to see the Olga shower cam? :)

Seriously, though, while I'm not one to want to see Nate in the nude, that was VERY hilarious.

So, why does Frank feel the need to go undercover? Weren't his orders something to the effect of getting the doctor and her notes into hiding? I know, I know, they need to weed out the bad guys.

Am I the only one who sees plenty of Freudian implications in Frank's "dream"? Naked woman, big blue ball, etc. (The rest is more than PG).
