This is the finale episode of 7 Days; it was filmed as number 19 of 22 for the season and was just considered a regular season finale because they did not know whether the show would return at the time.

This episode's special guest star is Nell Carter who is famous for starring in the series Gimme a Break. She said in an interview with PR Girl 77 that Seven Days is one of the very few shows she lets her children watch when they get their homework done and act good.

Ballard? I think you mean Talmadge. Talmadge is Frank's boss; Ballard was the scientist from the first two and a half seasons or so, the one who won the island in the Vegas poker game.
