Fidel Casto's adoptive son, considered one of the best boxers in the world, agrees to fight an American in a major Las Vegas match. A shady Don King-type has set up the match, and Frank tricks Olga into going with the gang to watch it. During the match, a gunshot takes out the Cuban. Missile launches occur and Frank backsteps to save the life of the boxer and prevent war. He runs into the boxer's biological sister and finds out the truth of the boxer's past; he befriends the boxer; he must then convince his new friend that Castro has lied to him and get a family reunion going.
