As Time Goes By

Nitcentral's Bulletin Brash Reflections: Seven Days: Season One: As Time Goes By
From 7DaysTV.com: Just as Parker and Olga start to become romantically involved, Olga's husband, a Russian Chrononaut, returns from the future to claim his wife and join the team - much to Parker's chagrin.

Does anyone know what Parker said when the door to Josef's capsule first opened?

Is this the first time we've been shown that, when Parker backsteps, the pod from the past disappears? I guess it must do, otherwise there would be pods all over the place, but it still doesn't quite work for me. Also, if the team already know that Parker's on his way, they really ought to let that girl on the switchboard know that she's going to get a call from Conundrum any time soon - it'd save her being so surprised all the time!

But if Parker and the pod disappear from the past to avoid there being two in the same time and place, shouldn't Olga have felt her ring disappear off her finger too?

The team were incredibly naive letting Josef wander around the facility freely without submitting him to a lot of questioning first. And did no-one wonder why he wasn't showing the slightest interest in letting the Russians know that he was back?

That's strange, the future craft is direct reuse to star trek set pieces from the NextGen shuttlecraft. They even left the LCARS graphics in it.

I'm amazed that this was done. I thought Trek guarded its props and sets a bit more.
