I think the USS Promethius(?) from VGR "Message in a Bottle" would win in most catagories. Although Voyager does look hot in the anti-Borg armor; and the Defiant just kicks all kinds of a*# because it was used for just about every type of vessil, shouldn't have been though. Tough choice...
